Entry Requirements:
1. All entries must be original art done by the individual student. No commercial kits will be accepted.
2. All entries must be labeled with name, school, grade, and category.
3. All entries must be set up by 10:00 a.m. in the N.E.W. High School gymnasium.

5. Entries can be taken home after 3:00.
Each entry will receive a certificate of participation. In each division an award will honor the most outstanding entry. In the 7th & 8th grade divisions, a scholarship will be given to the "Best Of Show" entry.
Ribbons will be awarded according to the following scale:
24 - 30 points Blue Ribbon
18 - 23 points Red Ribbon
12 - 17 points White Ribbon
