ART

-Please fill out the attached form with a list of participants by grade.

-Each student must fill out their judges form and bring with project

-All projects will be displayed in the gym.

-All projects must be set up by 10:00 a.m.

-All projects must be registered at the door before being displayed.

-All projects must be labeled clearly with name, school, grade.

-Students will be responsible for placing their projects with judges .

-Judging will be handled by participating teachers.

-Ribbons will be attached to certificates and placed on the projects.

SPELLING BEE

-Please fill out the attached form with a list of participants by grade.

-Spelling Bees will take place in rooms 3 & 4.

-Students will be asked to check-in at the door prior to their event.

-1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners will be announced and certificates given following each grade's competition.

MATH COMPETITION

-Please fill out the attached form with a list of participants by grade.

-Math Competition will take place in Room 1 and Room 2.

-Students will be asked to check-in at the door prior to their event.

-1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners will be announced and certificates given in the commons approximately 45 minutes following each competition.

-All tests will be sent to the school following the competition.

-Please fill out the form attached for each team you are sending.

-Teams will be asked to check in prior to each of their competitions.

-Certificates and ribbons will be handed out at the end of each event.

-1st place team will be recognized at the awards ceremony.
