Course Description:

Wellness is designed to incorporate God's Word into all areas of our life.  The theme for the class is taken from Ecclesiastes 11:9 - Young men enjoy life but be smart, & 2 Timothy 3:16-17 - God's Word is an instruction manual for life.  That sets the stage for us to look at areas of our life in the light of God's Word.  The class covers the traditional topics of family, sexuality, drugs/alcohol, nutrition, physical fitness, and death.  Within these macro-topics everything from stereotyping to euthanasia are discussed.  These topics are viewed from the Christian perspective using the Bible.
