THE NEWLHS Drama Department proudly presents the Spring Performance of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST by Marty Duhatschek.

 

Beauty and the Beast delivers the classic story we have come to love with enough new twists and characters to keep you interested.  Beauty's two sisters, Babette and Begonia, and the Beasts statue servants; Cacciatorri, Watson and Mipsy, bring new life to the age-old story.  Beauty's pet cow Allan - yes, pet cow - helps us laugh through the lessons we will learn, that what is outside a person is not as important as what lies within and that is is never a bad idea to show kindness to someone else.
